This time we have a one owner, super low mileage example of the superb Laika Kreos 4012 Island Bed, premium luxury motorhome with a massive specification and a host of all the right optional equipment.

Lanka are part of the Hymer group building premium quality motorhome with a little of that Italian style. The Kreos is the Flagship model of their Coachbuilt range. A new one today with this kind of specification would cost over £150k.

First registered September 2019, this is a one owner motorhome with only 5000 miles recorded. It has the upgraded 150 bhp engine and the desirable automatic gearbox.

The rear island bed tilts for lounging and can be height adjusted to make more garage space. The Front L shaped lounge has those all important three point seats belts enabling passengers to travel in safety. There is also a drop down table, two Captains swivel chairs and Avtex Satellite TV. This area also comes with the optional electric drop down bed above for children or guests.

The Kitchen is equipped with 4 ring gas hob, oven with grill, stainless steel sink with drainer and chopping board cover and large capacity fridge freezer.

The toilet and shower are completely separate so very spacious. The central door enables them to be en-suite if desired.

At the rear of the motorhome is a huge garage storage space with access doors on either side and the rear bed has the optional Hight adjustment so can be electrically raised to provide even more storage if required.

This particular motorhome comes with a host of desirable enhancements including automatic habitation air conditioning, oyster Satellite Tv system, air assisted suspension, and extensive solar power generation system with six solar panels and a power inverter providing 240v without electric hookup, Gaslow refillable gas system and if required a rear mount motorcycle/ scooter rack is available.
